In 2023, Generative AI tools, like ChatGPT, crashed onto the higher education scene. While Khan Academy and Microsoft herald the potential for student learning, there are others who fear the risks don’t outweigh the benefits. This is exactly the type of wicked problem that I love to work on.

While the focus may have shifted over time, my values have always stayed the same. I want to make useful things that help people teach and learn. The realities of technology and the workforce are always giving us new and exciting opportunities and challenges to face and overcome, and I want to work on the tough problems.
